Adam Fink has fifteen years experience as a volunteer firefighter and ten years as an EMT. As a passionate learner and dedicated event provider, Adam brings an incredible ability to look beyond the task at hand, examine the global picture of the event and offer viable suggestions from his expanding event background. A common sense leader with an ability to communicate at all levels of leadership, Adam is capable of translating planning into execution that protects the provider, enhances the event and promises to encourage quality event management at all levels.
Leadership came to Adam at a young age by serving as President of his Fire Company at 18 years of age. Those leadership skills are not limited to his volunteer service as Adam has shown management capabilities in jobs he has held. Adam served five years as Training Officer at the Duanesburg Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Additionally, he currently serves as the second assistant chief of the Delanson Volunteer Fire Company where he has championed training and redeveloping a program to educate junior firefighters.
Adam received the 2019 Schenectady County EMS Educator of Excellence by the Schenectady County EMS Committee for his dedication to improving the EMS training and educational environment in Duanesburg and surrounding communities.
As Chief Operating Officer, Adam is responsible for serving as the executive officer responsible for events, training and sales. Adam brings his leadership and support of these initiatives as EMTS NY continues to grow in service to the greater emergency services community.
